User Review Summaries
Customers consistently complain about Virgin Broadband speeds. According to complaints boards, the speeds for the fast 3G network Virgin Broadband advertises is slower than old-fashioned dial-up speeds. Typically, 3G speeds are determined by the coverage area, which can flex from time to time. However, 3G speeds will never be as fast as cable or DSL Internet speeds. The pricing plans are not a topic of complaint for most Virgin Broadband customers.
